  • Google Analytics: Helps us understand site usage (e.g., page views, session duration) for internal improvements. We configure it to anonymize IP addresses and disable data-sharing with Google for advertising.

  • Social Media Buttons: Allow you to share content. These buttons may enable platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) to set cookies or track activity on your browser, but we do not share your Personal Information with them.

  • You can adjust cookie settings in your browser or via our “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of our Website , though this may affect functionality.

Combining Information

  • We may combine data collected online (e.g., browsing history) with offline data (e.g., purchase records) or aggregate it with other users’ data to enhance our Services and understand customer trends.

3. Purposes for Collection and Use

Over the past 12 months, we have used Personal Information for the following purposes:

We do not use your Personal Information for third-party advertising or marketing. All uses are limited to improving and operating our Services for your benefit. We may use this information as otherwise permitted by law or with your consent.

4. Categories of Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

Over the past 12 months, we have disclosed Personal Information only to the following entities, and only as necessary:

Service Providers and Agents

  • We share all categories of Personal Information with our employees, contractors, and trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping companies, web hosts) to fulfill orders, maintain the Services, and support operations. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Business Transactions

  • If WomELLE, Corp. undergoes a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other change of control, Personal Information may be shared with evaluators or transferred as a business asset. Any acquirer must notify you of material changes to data practices, as required by law.

While we use tools like Google Analytics and social media buttons, we do not provide your Personal Information to these platforms for their use; any tracking they perform occurs on your device per their own policies.

Aggregated/De-Identified Data

  • We may share aggregated or de-identified data (e.g., total sales by region) with partners or the public for analytics or operational insights, ensuring it cannot identify you.

5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy (e.g., processing orders, providing support), meet legal requirements (e.g., Florida tax laws), or support our business needs (e.g., analytics), whichever is longest. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion isn’t feasible (e.g., data in backup archives), we securely store it and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable laws (e.g., Florida’s privacy regulations), you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: Request the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information we’ve collected, the sources, purposes, and recipients.
