The story behind Thrift to Save   

It started with a pile of clothes and a question.   

What if this sweater, once worn with love, could do more than sit forgotten in the back of a closet? What if it could matter again?   

That question lingered, and from it, Thrift to Save was born. It was brought to life by the founder of WomELLE , a company rooted in supporting and empowering women.

We didn’t start this store to sell clothes. We started it to create opportunity. To take what was no longer needed and turn it into something powerful. Every shirt, every bag, every pair of shoes, each item in our shop carries a story. Some come with memories. Others are waiting for new ones. But all of them serve a greater purpose.   

Thrift to Save is a space where giving and getting come full circle. The money we raise goes back into programs that support women and children because we've seen firsthand what happens when someone is given the tools to rise: they soar.   

We sort, clean, and curate items with care. Not everything is perfect, but it’s honest, useful, and affordable. Some things are donated, some are new, and all of it helps fund programs like RISE which focus on real-life support where it matters most.   

This isn’t a big flashy operation. It’s a store with heart. A store that grew from a simple question into a mission that keeps giving.
