Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you need faster delivery, such as two-day or express shipping, you can select a preferred shipping method at checkout and pay the additional cost.

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours from our Florida warehouse. Delivery times vary by location expect 3 to 7 business days for U.S. orders. We’ll email you a tracking number once it’s on the way!

We process all payments securely through Stripe. You can use major credit cards, debit cards, and any other payment methods supported by Stripe during checkout.

Order & Returns

Browse our store, add the items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order. It’s quick and easy.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 5 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

No, you don’t need an account to shop with us. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.

No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, all sales are final. But we’ve got you covered with our exchange policy! You can request an exchange within 7 days of receipt if your item is unused and in original condition. See our for full details.
If you need to exchange an item, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and include proof of purchase. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label. You can choose store credit or a replacement item (subject to availability). Check our for more.
We strive to accurately describe every secondhand piece, but if something’s off (e.g., defective or misrepresented), contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details. We’ll review it and, if approved, offer an exchange, either store credit or a replacement, at our discretion.
Most items can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition. However, items marked “final sale” (like clearance or heavily discounted pieces) cannot be exchanged. See product descriptions for details and our for the fine print.
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly then we’ll cover it with a prepaid label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Visit our Exchange Policy for more info.
