At Thrift to Save, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt if your item meets our criteria.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you get from Thrift to Save. While we don’t offer returns or refunds, we do offer exchanges if something doesn’t work out. Our exchange policy allows you to send back eligible items within 7 days of delivery to either receive store credit or exchange the item for something else you’ll enjoy. That way, you can find something that fits your needs and continue shopping with confidence.
Here’s how it works:
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition (e.g., tags attached, no wear), and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Process: Email within 7 days for instructions and a possible prepaid shipping label.
Options: Choose store credit or a replacement item (equal or lesser value, subject to availability). If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
Costs: Original shipping is non-refundable; you cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exceptions: “Final sale” items (e.g., clearance) cannot be exchanged. Defective or misrepresented items? Contact us within 7 days with photos for a resolution.
Items received outside of the 7-day window or that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at support@thrifttosave.com with the subject line: “Exchange Request – [Your Order Number].”
Include your name, order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the request.
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a shipping address for returning the item.
Exchange Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item (excluding original shipping fees). You may then use this credit to place a new order at your convenience.
We do not process refunds. All approved exchanges are fulfilled via store credit only.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
For approved defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or clearly identified as non-exchangeable are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes heavily discounted, clearance, or promotional items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our support team . We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing store credit, a replacement, or another solution at our discretion.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your item for your store credit to be processed. We will notify you by email once your credit has been issued.
